What we collect

We collect your account email, the shop data you import or sync (listings, orders, reviews), and product usage events. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

Your shop data is used to compute your Shop Health Score, profit, and AI recommendations. AI requests are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) to generate analysis. We do not use your shop data to train third-party models.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email), and PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics). Each processes only the data needed for its function.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing help@shopsonar.app. Deleting your account removes your shops, listings, and analysis.
