The service

ShopSonar provides analytics and AI recommendations for Etsy and eBay sellers. Insights are advisory; you are responsible for changes you make to your shop. ShopSonar never publishes changes to your marketplace automatically.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse AI endpoints, attempt to access other users' data, or resell the service without an Agency plan and written agreement.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." Profit and fee calculations are estimates and may differ from your actual marketplace statements.
